That's the job. I use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT as part of how I work. That means things get done faster, and I can show you how to use them too. Untangling what's stuck, finishing what's stalled, and making the everyday running of your business less of a slog.

Sometimes the hardest part is working out what the problem actually is.
Give me the messy version. I'll ask questions, follow the threads and work out how the pieces fit together. Then turn "I don't even know where to start" into a practical way forward.

A website, a new service, a system, a course, a digital tool. Or something that doesn't fit neatly into a box. We'll work out what it needs to do, what we don't know yet, and build something that actually works.

Just because it works doesn't mean it has to be this much work.
We'll look at where your time and energy are disappearing. Repetitive admin, clunky processes, too many tools, or jobs you're doing just because you always have.
Often that's where a bit of automation or AI takes the load off.
